gift based coaching

open-hearted presence

We believe that coaching helps people unlock their potential.
We want that for you, whatever your resources.
We offer you our coaching as a gift.
And invite you to pay what you feel in return.

Coaching is…

A thinking partnership….

A generative dialogue between two brilliant minds….

A space that enables you to think in ways you’ve never thought before; igniting your inner wisdom.

It explores both your highest possible self / what you want to become and the psychology of the patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be holding you back.

It unleashes the potential of your mind, your heart and your soul.

It is a journey of deep enquiry and aspirational visioning that helps you to gain new insight, generate fresh ideas and make transformational and lasting change.

Our philosophy

We begin with no judgement about what makes a life worthwhile, no definitions of success, no standard measures of improvement. Instead, we invite you to ponder these questions yourself and to begin your coaching journey with, “What would you like to have happen?”

We believe that human connection – with other people, with nature, with purpose and with our own inner life – is what powers us. And so what we offer you is human connection, along with our unconditional positive regard and full attention.

We know, from our own experience and from academic research, that positive outcomes from coaching depend on 2 things: your desire to change and the quality of the relationship we develop with you. Our focus is therefore not on applying coaching tools and techniques, but on nurturing the conditions that allow your potential for change to unfold.

AN EXPERIMENT IN TRUST AND VALUE

Why should coaching only be available to those who can afford it? Why should coaching obey the same economic system that fails to feed the world’s hungry or to protect our planet?

We want to try something different by offering our coaching as a gift, and inviting our coachees to make a gift in return based on what they can afford and the value they got from spending time with us.

We don’t want the financial element to influence our work, which is why we don’t ask you to pay up front.
